| The Board of Appeals has the authority to hear and grant appeals of orders and decisions of the Building Official and Fire Chief concerning the application of the City’s Building and Construction codes. The Board of Appeals has five (5) members who serve a five (5) year term. The City Building Official and the Fire Chief are ex-officio members. | ||
