Hastings City Code

This code is a codification of the ordinances of the City of Hastings, Nebraska and the public information contained herein is furnished as a public service by the City of Hastings.  While every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy of the material published online, the only official edition of
the City Code is the printed version maintained by the City Clerk.  Downloaded versions are not official.  It is possible that the City Council has approved amendments, additions or deletions to the
City Code subsequent to the latest online version of the Code.

The printed version of the Hastings City Code is supplemented quarterly and the hard copy
versions are available for viewing in the City Clerk's office at City Hall or at the Hastings Public Library.
