Zoning Violations
Nuisance Violations are sometimes subject to Zoning
District Uses. An example would be unlicensed vehicles at a car
dealership or salvage yard which are not in violation of the Nuisance
Code because this is a specific use allowed in said district.
Vehicle violations on public streets are enforced by the
Police Department.
