Dog and cat licenses are issued at the City of Hastings Police
Department at 317 South Burlington. You will need to bring your
Certificate of Rabies vaccination issued by the veterinarian with
you to obtain the license. Please contact the the Hastings Police

The Wood Waste Facility is located at the City of Hastings Landfill.
The hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 pm., Monday through Friday,
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturdays.
The disposal fee for tree limbs and wood waste is $35.50 per ton
(minimum $7.50 up to 420 lbs.). Premium wood chips can be purchased
for $5.00 per cubic yard; standard wood chips are $2.00 per cubic
yard.

trees. The Parks Department will take care of any terrace tree that

application to the Clerk of the District Court, Adams County
Courthouse for a signature. Then mail to address on passport
application.
