Hastings Aquacourt Season Pass Policy
Family Season Passes are for immediate family members living in the same household only. Immediate family is defined as: The mother, father, children, stepchildren, and/or foster children living at home (children must be 22 years and under).
If an aunt, uncle, or grandparent is the legal guardian of the child(ren), then they would be included, however proof of guardianship and residency is required. If they are not the legal guardian, they would not be considered immediate family.
Family members such as nieces, nephews, and cousins who are visiting are not eligible to be on the family’s pass. Babysitters, nannies, and daycare providers are not eligible to be on the family’s pass.
The City of Hastings, Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to investigate the status of a family membership and its dependents; and to relinquish the membership for any individual who can not prove the legitimacy of their dependency.
