Babysitter Training Class

Babysitting is often a first job for youth and is also a job that must be taken seriously and responsibly.  In this class, participants will go over babysitting as a job, parent’s expectations, age appropriate games, perform basic child-care skills such as diapering and feeding, and care for common injuries and emergencies such as choking, burns, cuts and bee stings. 

Each participant will receive a babysitting manual, CD, and first aid kit.  To earn a certificate, the class must be completed.  Please bring a sack lunch.  A refrigerator and microwave will be available.  This class is for ages 11-15 yrs old and is limited to the first 15 that sign up.
