Solid Waste: *Minimum Charge: $10.50 below 590 lbs.	$35.50 per ton

Industrial Waste Classification I: (50% higher than base rate) (w/less than 25% of the EPA maximum concentration of a TCLP (acid test) listed chemicals.) *Minimum Charge: $53.25	$53.25 per ton

Industrial Waste Classification II: (100% higher than base rate) (w/greater than 25% of the EPA maximum concentration of a TCLP (acid test) listed chemicals.) *Minimum Charge: $71.00	$71.00 per ton

Special Waste Classification: Minimum Charge: $87.00 *Contaminated soils/sand: Minimum Charge: $87.00	$87.00 per ton $22.00 per tone

Tires passenger, light truck: truck: med. & large tractor:	$5.00 each $7.00 each $12.00 each

Wood Waste: *Minimum Charge: $7.50 below 420lbs	$35.50 per ton

Grass/Leaf Waste: *Minimum Charge: $7.50 below 420lbs	$35.50 per ton

Wood Chip Sales Premium Standard	$5.00 per cubic yard $2.00 per cubic yard

Soil Sales Fill Soil	$2.50 per cubic yard

Compost Soil Sales:	$2.00 per cubic yard

Used Oil Collection Fee:	$0.25 per gallon

Scale Use:	$7.00 flat fee

Analytical Data or other information is required to be submitted to NDEQ and City of Hastings before waste classification can be determined and waste accepted. ***Limited to: Foundry green sand, spent bleaching earth, diesel fuels and gasoline contaminated soils.
