Presented by the Hastings Parks & Recreation Department and the Hastings Police Department, elementary aged kids can decorate their bikes and scooters inside the Community Center and then join in a fun, safe wheels parade! Officers will coordinate an "obstacle" course that teaches children the rules of the road! Helmets must be worn--see you there at this FREE community event!
An ice cream social will follow the parade, and food trucks will be on-site. Bring everyone together and kick off summer safely on Saturday, May 16.
