We will randomly visit the outside of contestants homes to take a picture for our Facebook page.

The judging will take place on October 18th-31st by the Hastings Community and Parks and Rec Staff. Please have your Halloween lights on display. Judging will be based on 5 categories: creativity, proportion & scale of lights, Halloween spirit, overall appearance(all of which will be a maximum 10 points and Facebook likes (every 20 likes = 1point).

The overall winner will be determined by a combination having the most "likes" on the Hastings Parks & Recreation Facebook page and judging by staff. Winner receives $30 chamber bucks, trophy and a picture of their home in the Hastings Tribune.
