Patrol Operations

The Hastings Police Department Patrol Division works 12 hr. shifts.  Their schedule allows them to work every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and have every other weekend off.  The A and B Shifts work from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and the C and D Shifts work from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.  A and C share the same days off as do the B and D shifts.  Supervisors for each shift start ½ hr. earlier to prepare for briefing.
