Proposed Plan Modification Amendment 2022-3
The Community Redevelopment Authority has proposed an amendment to a Plan Modification for the following legally described property:
Lot 1, 2 and 3, Block 20, Johnson’s Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof
This amendment to property is proposed for Hastings City Council consideration as part of Redevelopment Area #1.
These documents may also be reviewed at the Development Services Department office located at 220 N. Hastings Avenue on the 1st Floor or by calling (402) 461-2302 and making an appointment.
The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on October 18, 2022 at 4:00 PM in the City Building, 220 N. Hastings Avenue, Hastings. The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on November 14, 2022 at 5:30 PM in the City Building, 220 N. Hastings Avenue.
