Proposed Plan Modification Amendment 2024 - 08: Cedar Park Redevelopment Project
The Community Redevelopment Authority has proposed a Plan Modification in Redevelopment Area #5, to be known as the Cedar Park Redevelopment project. The property is approximately 3.67 acres and is generally located at the intersection of East D Street and South Cedar Avenue, on the south side of East D Street. The legally described property is as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of “D” Street in Cole’s Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, 346 feet East of the Northeast corner of Lot Nine (9), in H.R. Smith’s Sub-division in the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, running thence East 338 feet along the South line of said “D” Street, thence South 470 feet, thence West 338 feet, thence North 470 feet to the point of beginning; being what was formerly known as Block Two (2), Steven’s Subdivision of a part of Block Thirteen (13), in Cole’s Addition in Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, together with one-half the vacated street on the East, South and West sides of said block as they existed before vacation.

The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska. The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on November 12, 2024, at 5:30 PM at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska.
