Halloween Light Fight
The overall winner of this year's contest will be determined by having the most engagement on the Hastings Parks & Recreation Facebook page.
Show off your Halloween decorating skills and compete to win a trophy and a prize! Registration is due by October 9th--staff will take video of your home on the evening of October 13th. Facebook voting will take place from October 16th to October 25th, with the winner selected on October 26th!
