Coaches/Team Managers - Please fill out this concussion incident form should a player on your team have any injuries sustained to the head.
Volunteer coaches/team captains in every Hastings Parks & Recreation sport will be encouraged to take the Heads Up Concussion In Youth Sports quiz before the season begins.
Visit Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for a fact sheet/ tool kit for coaches called "Heads Up - Concussion in Youth Sports."
Fact sheets will be included in the coaches team packets given at the coaches meeting to start each season.
