Youth Spring Spike Tournament
The Hastings Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting a youth volleyball tournament in the Spring. Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis and are limited. Payment must be submitted to accept the registration.

How to Score

Process: Determine which procedure A, B or C fits your club team and follow the instructions.
Procedure A. If your club and players are JVA or USAV(Great Plains) registered. Your team needs to have a JVA Release of Liability form signed by each player, and your team's USAV/JVA Medical Release form in your possession. These forms are then carried by the COACH - not given to us. At team check in, sign and submit the JVA Coaches Sign-In form. This verifies to tournament staff that you are in possession of the USAV or JVA medical release and release of liability forms. Rosters are not needed unless a players age is in question.
Procedure B. If your club or players are NOT JVA or USAV(Great Plains) registered. Your team will need to have players parents complete and sign the JVA Medical Release form and the JVA Release Liability form. These forms are then carried by the COACH - not given to us. At team check in, the coach will sign and submit the JVA Coaches Sign-In form. This will verify that your non USAV or JVA players have completed the other two forms. Rosters are not needed unless a players age is in question.
Procedure C. If your club is already USAV or JVA, but you want to add a non-registered player(s) for the tournament. Players who are not JVA or USAV registered will need both the JVA Release Liability form AND JVA Medical Release form. The coach will need to present the JVA Coaches Sign-In form verifying all players are covered.
