I was born in Hastings and was raised on a farm outside of Deweese. I graduated from Sandy Creek in 1996 and then went on to college. I graduated from Creighton University in 2000 with my BSN., then worked as an RN. I came back to Hastings in 2000 and worked at Mary Lanning until 2017. My husband, Andy, and I purchased Eldon’s Automotive Repair in January of 2015 and in 2017 we made the decision that I would quit nursing and work at the shop full time, which I am still doing. Andy and I have 2 children, Kaleb who is 16 and Emma who is 12.

Chuck Rosenberg is a 3rd generation Hastings resident and business owner. His grandfather immigrated to Hastings in 1914 and would later establish City Iron And Metal Company, a scrap metal recycling business. Dave, Chuck's father was born in Hastings and joined the family business after serving in the Army Air Force in World War II.  Chuck graduated from Hastings High School and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He joined his father at City Iron & Metal Company after college.

Chuck is married to Berice. They have twelve children and twenty four grandchildren.

Chuck has been active with the Hastings Jaycees, Leadership Hastings, Hastings Community Theatre and the Boy Scouts. He is an Eagle scout. Prior to joining the City Council, Chuck served on the Planning and Zoning Commission for 13 years and held the position of Chairman.

Chuck is proud of Hastings and brings many experiences to the City Council. He is pro business, pro growth and listens to what Hastings residents are saying. He will do his best to represent the Community.

Chuck would like to thank his father for instilling in him the value of community service.
