Proposed Plan Modification Amendment 2025-1: East End - Redevelopment Project
The Community Redevelopment Authority has proposed a Plan Modification in Redevelopment Area #1, to be known as the East End Redevelopment project. The property is generally located at the intersection of West 2nd Street and North Kansas Avenue, on the west side of North Kansas Avenue. The legally described property is as follows:
Lot 23 and 24, Block 20, Johnson’s Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.

The applicant is also proposing to rezone the property from C-2, Central Business District, to CP-2, Commercial Planned District.

The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska. The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on February 24, 2025, at 5:30 PM at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska.
