Proposed Plan Modification Amendment 2025 – 01: Brant Rentals 811 W. 1st Redevelopment Project
The Community Redevelopment Authority has proposed a Plan Modification in Redevelopment Area #1, to be known as the Brant Rentals 811 W. 1st Redevelopment project. The property is generally located at the intersection of West 1st Street and North Lincoln Avenue, on the west side of North Lincoln Avenue. The legally described property is as follows:
The West Sixteen (16) feet of Lot Three (3), and the East Twelve (12) feet of Lot Four (4), Buchanan’s Subdivision of Lot Five (5), John’s Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof;
and
All of Lot One (1) and Two (2), and the East Six (6) feet of Lot Three (3), Buchanan’s Subdivision of Lot Five (5), John’s Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.

The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska. The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on April 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska.
