Proposed Plan Modification Amendment 2025 -02: Trailside Village Redevelopment Project

The Community Redevelopment Authority has proposed a Plan Modification in Redevelopment Area #14, to be known as the Trailside Village Redevelopment Project. The property is generally located to the southeast of the intersection of East 31st Street and West Laux Drive. The legally described property is as follows: 

Lot 2, Pioneer Trails Flats Subdivision, City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.

The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska.  The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on April 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska.
