South Elm section to close Sept. 22 for water main installation
Van Kirk Bros. Contracting is scheduled to close South Elm Avenue from South Street to B Street on Monday, Sept. 22 to install water main and casing under the road.
The installation is scheduled to be complete and concrete back by Friday Sept. 26 so it can cure over the weekend and reopen early in the next week.
Businesses will still have access from South Street and B Street.
