Proposed Plan Modification 2025 - 04: Middle School Redevelopment Project
The Community Redevelopment Authority has proposed a Plan Modification in Redevelopment Area #1, to be known as the Middle School Redevelopment project. The property is generally located northeast of the intersection of West 5th Street and North Lincoln Avenue, on the east side of North Lincoln Avenue. The legally described property is as follows:
Lots One (1) through Twelve (12), inclusive, Block Six (6), Original Town, now City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.

The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska. The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on November 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska.
