Proposed Blight Study #19
The Community Redevelopment Authority has applied for a determination of blight for an area approximately located between East 7th Street and the Union Pacific Train Tracks and North 6th Avenue and North Showboat Boulevard.
This proposed Blight Study # 19 is proposed for Hastings Planning Commission consideration.
The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on January 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 W. 12th Street, Hastings. The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on February 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Airport, 3300 W 12th Street, Hastings.
