Proposed Plan Modification Amendment 2026-2: The Rows at Vintage Heights Redevelopment Project
The Community Redevelopment Authority has proposed a Plan Modification in Redevelopment Area #17, to be known as The Rows at Vintage Heights Redevelopment project. The property is approximately 1.2 acres and is generally northwest of the intersection of E 6th Street and N 3rd Avenue. The legally described property is as follows:?
A tract of land consisting of all of vacated Vintage Heights 3rd Subdivision, City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
