Parks and Rec Halloween contest winners announced

Winners of two Hastings Parks and Recreation Halloween competitions were announced Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 31.  Beverly Faughtenbery of 1914 W. Parks restrooms to close Oct. 27

Restrooms at Hastings city parks will close Friday, Oct. 27 for the winter season.
