Unused fireworks collection available through July 31

Hastings Fire & Rescue is providing citizens the opportunity to drop off unused, consumer grade fireworks for disposal.

Drop off must be made at one of the two station locations:

Homemade fireworks will not be accepted. Fireworks must be turned over directly to fire station personnel—not dropped off unattended.

Drop off hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Fireworks collection will end on July 31st, at which time Hastings Fire & Rescue will properly dispose of the inventory collected.
