Applicants sought for City Administrator position
Qualified candidates are now able to apply for the City Administrator position with the City of Hastings.
Executive recruitment firm Baker Tilly activated the web page announcing the open position on July 12th. The page provides an overview of the job description, desired qualifications, compensation and benefits.
The firm also developed a comprehensive brochure of the position that provides those details in greater depth, as well as a profile of the community, the City’s mission and values statements, and goals. The brochure content provides a listing of leadership opportunities for the City’s successful candidate, including the establishment of trust, effective communication and community collaboration to attract growth to the city.
The position will be opened until filled, but submissions are strongly encouraged no later than August 12, 2022.
