Decision on Independence Day evening activities to be made by 10 a.m.
The annual 4th of July concert is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday, followed by the fireworks show.
The weather forecast shows a high probability of rain Tuesday night. The pyrotechnician for the fireworks show has requested a decision to be made at 10 a.m. on whether to postpone the event.
If postponed the concert and fireworks will move to July 5th with the times remaining the same.
The City of Hastings Independence Day celebration begins 5:30 p.m., Brickyard Park.
Festivities begin 5:30 p.m., with a doubles cornhole tournament.
Food Trucks will serve food 5:30-10 p.m.
A concert featuring Luke Mills will take place 7-10 p.m. With fireworks to begin at 10 p.m.
