Proposed Blight Study #18
The Community Redevelopment Authority has applied for the determination of blight for an area generally bounded by:
EAST 26th STREET, PIONEER SPIRIT TRAIL, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD, AND NORTH ELM AVENUE.
This proposed Blight Study # 18 is proposed for Hastings Planning Commission consideration.

The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on March 19, 2024 at 4:00 PM in the Airport, 3300 W 12th Street, Hastings. The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on April 22, 2024 at 5:30 PM in the Airport, 3300 W 12th Street, Hastings.
