Scarecrow Contest

Help the City of Hastings get into the fall spirit by decorating the Pioneer Spirit Trail through Libs Park with scarecrows. Compete to see who can win a prize for the best scarecrow based off of voting on our Facebook page. Hastings Parks and Recreation will provide the scarecrow frame, lighting and upright stand. This event will kick off at Fall Fest 2024!
