2025 - Hastings Housing Assessment
The 2025 Hastings' Housing Assessment provides an overview of Hastings’ current housing landscape along with recommended actions our community can take to support continued growth in the years ahead. This provides an update on the Hastings' housing demand following the development of multiple housing projects. The study identified a continued need for approximately 900 housing units over the next 10 years, which is in line with the projected housing demand identified in the 2023 Hastings' Affordable Housing Action Plan.
