Outage Reporting
Hastings Utilities is provides citizens with a tool to report any Electrical outage issues that they are experiencing. By filling out the form you are providing us with data that goes to our employees in order to dispatch service crews to your location.
Submit an Electrical Outage Issue
Citizens can also view active locations that have already been submitted by viewing our Citizen Outage Map to see if your area is experiencing a community outage issue.
If you have a Gas, Water, and Sewer outage please call Hastings Utilities IMMEDIATELY at (402) 463-1371.
If you have a non-emergency utility issue you may report it via our Citizen Reporter. This includes issues about street lights, traffic lights, low water pressure, leaking hydrants, trees near power lines and much more.
