September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month! Did you know your library card can save you an average of $1000 a year? Gain access to free ebooks, audiobooks, movies, books, magazines, and more when you sign up—the possibilities are endless! Checkout the fun ways you can participate!
Get a Library Card
When you sign up for a library card during September, you'll be entered into a drawing to win one of two $50 VISA gift cards! Fill out an application at the library with a photo ID with your current address, or an ID and a piece of mail with your current address. You can also sign up Online. The sign up button is in the top right corner by the login.
Already have a library card? Update your account at the library and you'll be entered into the drawing!
Library Discovery Quest
How well do you know your library? It’s time to explore and discover!
Throughout the library, you’ll find posters featuring fun facts, helpful information, and things you may not know about the library. Visit each poster, read and learn, and collect the letters you find along the way. Put the letters together to uncover the secret word!
Once you’ve solved the mystery, head to the Makerspace to make your very own button—and you’ll earn an extra entry into our grand prize drawing!
It’s a fun, self-guided way to explore the library, learn something new, and celebrate National Library Card Sign-Up Month. Grab a family member or friend and start your Library Discovery Quest!
